Here at Brighton Chilli shop we listen to our customers. They kept asking if we did our own chilli products. Since nothing pleases us more than keeping our customers happy, we collaborated with the best producers to bring you these fantastic new products. We are really excited about our new sauces and chocolates and we’re confident you will be too.

Chilli Sauces

Chipotle Sauce (pronounced chee-pot-lay)

Chipotle is our most popular chilli sauce and now we can tickle your taste buds with our very own product. Made for us by the renowned Cambridge Chilli Sauce Company, our chipotle sauce is so versatile it can be used as a dip, a table sauce, in cooking or even for barbeques. Produced from smoked jalapenos, chipotle delivers heavenly heat that is suitable for most palates. Even those who claim not to like spicy foods love the fumy warmth of this all-purpose chilli sauce.

Smoked Bonnet

The Cambridge Chilli Sauce company has also produced a sauce for us that has all the fantastically fiery flavour you’d expect from the scotch bonnet. Our sauce adds a twist by being smoked. So as well as using it as a sauce and in cooking it can be used for marinades and barbeques. This Caribbean-style pepper-based sauce is slowly smoked over maple wood for a rich flavour that will satisfy even the most discerning chilli palates.

Chilli Chocolate

We are thrilled with the results of our collaboration with the artisan chocolate company Montezuma's. We can now offer two delicious new chocolate products made exclusively for us. They are 100% organic and made to a very high standard.

Heavenly Heat extra sauce is made with fiery aji limo chillies from Northern Peru, but grown in Equador, this sauce is Brighton Chilli Shop's hottest sauce.

Brighton Chilli Shop's Heavenly Heat is great as a table sauce to pour over your favourite meals, and also works as a cooking sauce, dip or marinade. It contains NO artificial colours, flavours or preservatives and is made in the UK.

Dark Chilli Chocolate

The combination of hot, spicy grounded chillies with silky dark chocolate provides a mouth-watering experience. Our dark chocolate comprises 73% solid cocoa and has been described as insanely good.

Chilli and Lime Milk Chocolate

The combination of milk chocolate, lime and chilli flavours delivers a real treat to the taste buds. As the smooth chocolate melts away, the heat slowly builds until finally only a hint of lime remains.In a few words, Chilli & Lime is Sublime!

HOT SHOT GIFTS

Our customers were often looking to buy a selection of products for their chilli-loving friends and family and, as is our wont, we responded by making life easier for them.

Now you can choose between two gift boxes – our ‘Hot Box’ for £25 or our ‘Extreme Box’ for £35. Both of these offer excellent value for money. If you were to buy the items featured in the boxes, they would cost more.

Although the contents may vary from time to time, the Hot Box contains chillies like Habanero and medium hot sauces and snacks like Habanero crisps as well as a refreshing Pimento drink.The Extreme Box features hot chillies like Naga or Carolina Reaper with extra hot sauces and snacks like Naga pork scratchings or Bombay mix.
