Shipping & Delivery


We aim to fulfill your order within three working days (usually quicker).

UK Mainland Delivery
If your order weighs under 2 kg it will be sent by Royal Mail.
If your order is 2kg or over it will be sent via Courier subject to your order size and location.


We aim to deliver within 5 working days, but usually the orders arrive rather quickly. Deliveries are made Monday-Saturday between 9.00am-5.00pm. Currently it is not possible to specify a time for delivery.


Channel Islands deliveries will be sent by Royal Mail within 5 days. For non-mainland UK destinations, deliveries up to 2kg will be sent by Royal Mail and over 2kg will be sent by courier. Delivery within 5 days.

Special requirements
If you require your order to arrive on a specific working day please advise us and we will do our best to accommodate you, it is, however not entirely guaranteed.


Orders sent via our nominated couriers are not authorised to be left with a neighbour or safe at the premises if you or the recipient is out and unable to accept the package. If you authorise our courier to leave a package safe or with a neighbour they will do so. In this event, our nominated courier will leave a card advising you where they have left your package;


British Forces Overseas (BFPO)
Please select 'BFPO' from the Country dropdown list when sending to BFPO locations. Due to postage restrictions we are unable to send goods that weigh more than 2kg (1.9kg products + package weight) to BFPO addresses.


All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available.


Cancellation of an order can only be accepted if sent by e-mail, fax or letter. Cancellation must be received before the goods are despatched. If the goods have been despatched you should follow the returns policy detailed below.


Returns and Refund Policy
We do not refund, unless the item sent was faulty or we made a mistake. If that is the case, the item/s unopened unused within 7 working days and we will refund you. We will not pay for return postage unless the goods are faulty or the wrong item was despached. We recommend that if items are returned a certificate of postage is obtained as goods remain your responsibility until received by Brighton Chilli Shop!.

In the unlikely event that goods arrive faulty or damaged, please inform us immediately so that we can replace or repair them in accordance with your statutory rights. In such cases, we can refund the costs of postage. Please call us for assistance on 01273670613. We are not able to accept returns of some items, please contact us for specific information regarding this.
