Birghton Chilli Shop's  Smoked Scotch Smoked Bonnet is a fantastically fiery condiment for all kinds of food. We smoke Scotch Bonnet Chillies and sweet red peppers over Maple wood to create a rich, smoky sauce with a level of heat that you would expect from a Scotch Bonnet sauce. Smoked Bonnet hot sauce is incredibly versatile; use with sausages, burgers, ribs, or have as a sauce on the side with an omelette. Try adding some to a soup to liven things up!
