   I bought Dave's Ghost and Ultimate Insanity sauces together and wright this review comparing both of them because they are similar as the hottest ones (insanity ++) of this brand, but have some differences. Ghost Pepper sauce is a little hotter than Ultimate Insanity, has a very pleasant smell and taste of ghost pepper with deep hot. Spice is the only one - garlic, for me it's good so as I like simple content of very hot sauces. It also doesn't contain any artificial additives and preservatives and contains organic oil that is not common for the most other sauces. I can say that the sauce is very good and is worth to be bought again.
