ACHIOTE OR CONDIMENTED ANNATTO The condiment Annatto or Achiote is precisely made with annatto seeds of excellent quality, used to give color, and of course as an excellent seasoning, grown in the humid tropical weather of the Yucatan Peninsula in the southeast of Mexico. It is traditionally used as seasoning in the famous Yucatecan and Central American dishes, mainly those influenced by the MAYAN CULTURE. HOW TO USE ACHIOTE It's really easy to prepare! You can dilute 1 OZ of paste with ½ of cup of vinegar or 50 ml of liquid annatto. Ready to use! You can marinate and seasoning 1kg of beef, pork, chicken or fish.
